1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MotoMechanics services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Terms

2.1 Service Booking

  • Service bookings are subject to availability
  • Accurate vehicle and contact information must be provided
  • 24-hour notice is required for booking cancellations
  • Emergency services may be subject to additional charges

2.2 Pickup and Delivery

  • 500 rs pickup and delivery within Hyderabad city limits
  • Service timing may vary based on traffic and location
  • Customer must be present at the specified pickup/delivery location
  • Vehicle condition will be documented before pickup

3. Payment Terms

  • Service charges must be paid upon completion
  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit cards
  • Additional parts or services will be charged separately
  • Detailed invoice will be provided for all services

4. Warranty and Returns

4.1 Service Warranty

  • 15-day warranty on service and repairs
  • Warranty covers workmanship and installed parts
  • Warranty void if vehicle is serviced elsewhere during warranty period
  • Normal wear and tear not covered under warranty

4.2 Parts Return Policy

  • Unused parts can be returned within 7 days
  • Original packaging and receipt required
  • Electrical parts are non-returnable

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate vehicle information
  • Report pre-existing damage or issues
  • Maintain regular service schedule
  • Follow recommended maintenance guidelines
  • Secure personal belongings before service

6. Liability

MotoMechanics is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing vehicle conditions
  • Damage due to customer negligence
  • Loss of personal items left in vehicle
  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances

7. Service Hours

  • Regular Service Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM - 7 PM
  • Emergency Services: 24/7 (additional charges apply)
  • Holiday schedules will be announced in advance

9. Modifications to Terms
