⚠️ Important Notice

A cancellation fee of ₹500 will be charged if the customer cancels the service after our partner has reached the pickup location.

1. Service Area Coverage

  • Service available within Hyderabad city limits
  • Coverage areas may vary based on location and availability
  • Additional charges may apply for extended areas
  • Service availability subject to weather and traffic conditions

2. Booking Process

2.1 Scheduling

  • Advance booking recommended for guaranteed slots
  • Minimum 4-hour notice required for same-day service
  • Emergency pickup subject to availability
  • Specific time slots can be requested but not guaranteed

2.2 Required Information

  • Complete address with landmarks
  • Contact number must be active and reachable
  • Vehicle details (make, model, registration number)
  • Preferred pickup and delivery time slots

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Charges:

  • ₹500 - If cancelled after partner reaches location
  • No charge - If cancelled 2 hours before scheduled pickup
  • ₹200 - If cancelled within 2 hours of scheduled pickup

Cancellation charges will be added to the next service bill or must be paid before booking next service.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Be available at the specified pickup location and time
  • Provide accurate contact information and address
  • Remove personal belongings from vehicle
  • Inform about any existing damage or issues
  • Ensure vehicle has sufficient fuel for pickup

5. Service Partner Guidelines

  • Will arrive within specified time window
  • Will conduct vehicle inspection before pickup
  • Will provide digital documentation of vehicle condition
  • Will follow safety protocols during transport
  • Will communicate any delays or issues promptly

6. Timing and Delays

  • Standard pickup window: 30 minutes
  • Delays may occur due to traffic or weather
  • Customer will be notified of any significant delays
  • Alternative arrangements will be made if necessary

7. Safety and Insurance

  • Vehicles are insured during transit
  • Digital documentation of vehicle condition
  • Professional handling by trained staff
  • Safety protocols followed during transport
